What If You Have An Urgent Repair After Hours?
If you have an after-hours, urgent repair, you can call one of the emergency tradesmen listed at the bottom of page two of your lease agreement.
So, what’s an urgent repair?
According to your lease agreement, an urgent repair is:
a. a burst water service
b. an appliance, fitting or fixture that uses water or is used to supply water
that is broken or not functioning properly, so that a substantial amount of water is wasted
c. a broken or blocked lavatory system
d. a serious roof leak
e. a gas leak
f. a dangerous electrical fault
g. flooding or serious flood damage
h. serious storm or fire damage
i. a failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply to the premises
j. a failure or breakdown of any essential service on the residential premises
for hot water, cooking, cooling, heating or laundering
k. any fault or damage that causes the premises to be unsafe or unsecure.
Our trusted tradespeople are aware of what constitutes an urgent repair, so they’ll be able to confirm whether your repair is an emergency, or whether it needs to wait until the next business day.
Remember, for all other, non-emergencies, please contact our office during business hours to report repairs and maintenance.
