In that crucial time when your property is vacant or your tenants are in the process of vacating – Our office has state-of-the-art online booking system allowing tenants to register their interest in your property and schedule a viewing 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Tenants are able to select the day and time they would like to view the property, their request will be acknowledged with either an SMS, email or phone call confirming their booking. If the property is yet to become available, they can still register and our system will automatically notify them of the next available time.
When properties are still tenanted, we arrange for a minimum of 2 inspection times per week to be advertised in our system.

Once registered, tenants are sent an application form and advised to complete this application prior to the viewing. At the same time they are informed of the required documentation we need in order to process their application quickly. Tenants are also able to complete the application online.

Following any viewing, we send a report to you showing how many people attended, any comments they make and also our recommendations. The report will also show if we have received any applications from prospective tenants attending the viewing

Applications will be processed through our checking system prior to notifying you of applicants we consider suitable to submit to you for approval.

We strive to improve the returns on your investment property and our system ensures a speedy “turnaround” time for tenancies, substantially decreasing any vacancy period. Often, we re-let properties prior to them becoming vacant, meaning little or no gap in the return on your investment.
